The intended audience for this reading would be kindergarten-4th. This is a perfect reading for your classroom and fifty-fifty at home to read about the uniqueness in yourself and in others. For kindergarten through 2nd class, this text would fit well in a shared reading because the students will exist able to interact and give their opinions of the text. As for third and 4th class, this book would piece of work well in an independent reading with a mini-discussion with a grouping afterwards, the students will be able to brand personal connections too as talk about others' experiences. Overall, a touching reading and significant for children!

...moreI gave this v stars for many reasons. Gabi Garcia seems to take a knack for finding the everyday situations that children find themselves in. She uses this in her books and uses the concept of mindfulness effectively. Children can read this book and relate to the times they have felt 'wobbly' or 'peaceful' or 'that they tin can be themselves."
The book captures the nuances of the different cultures and the illustrations show a wonderful sense of humor.

I read this with my course 4/5 students, and they each chose a line or ii that spoke to them to write downwards and mull over. You lot could read i per day or week with a class.
I found the lines comforting, encouraging, myself. Read about the author besides, for your enjoyment.
Great book for therapy with a new concept of self development on each page. But it is all therapy jargon fizz words speaking in generalities. There is no story or plot. For kids it is hard to capture their attention or help them retrieve the principles existence taught without a story line they can relate to.
I wish mantras were a bigger bargain when I was a kid. This book is full of some great ones. Mantras may exist a little hippie, only I believe it is important to combat the negative voices that naturally seem to creep in. I honey the wide variety of children represented in the illustrations.
Offers solutions to hard situations a child may come across. Teaches way to manage these scenarios, empowering children with knowledge. Dandy illustrations provide for visual affirmation of the material.
This book has a great message for children.
Could exist used for groups with younger children or for working therapeutically with a child to provide support to those struggling with their feelings or who they are or want to exist.
This is less a bedtime story, and more a volume of quotable mantras for kids. It's full of neat messages about being yourself, being kind, and beingness helpful, only likewise about staying true to yourself- even if it means proverb no sometimes.

This book is good about diversity. Non simply the diverseness of people but the diversity of our feelings and thoughts. It shows how we are the same in our diversity. Swell affirmations for kids as well. Questions at the end of the book.
She said the book made her feel happy and excited. She said information technology made her feel more than capable and gave her confidence to believe in herself and practise and try more things.
Going through childhood trauma and dealing as an developed, this volume is smashing for children experiencing any challenges and struggles. A squeamish trivial guide by your side.
